Scrolls of Wisdom drops too low or only bad luck?

This is actually such a common complaint (i see it in chat daily) that I suspect the droprate of scrolls in the first ~15-20 lvls (and only those early levels) is a bit low.

maybe for the beta, they should increase the amount at the early levels too. Right now for every player that likes to identify everything, we are getting x3 to x5 times more magic items than wisdom scrolls.

I mean most the early stuff is cheap anyway but some just feel the need to identify everything in hopes of getting the good item to use/trade/sell (even though its still beta)

I'm always finding these things. Just lucky I guess.
