Sever The Right Hand

Good afternoon,
I did the quest Sever The Right Hand with a party but the killed the General Gravicius when i was dead then the quest wasn't complete but whenever i come back to search the General he isn't here even while the area is refreshed already. The problem is that i can't continue playing the game without completing that quest. Can you help me? My bug reference number is 2272696556.
