50$ points purchase and paysafecard

just used paysafecard to purchase a 20$ pack for just points. i wondered how it works out, didn't bother to contact support before and just purchased a 20€ psc voucher and booked it.
i did get the 20 nzd points package worth 200 points.

problem is: the exchange rate from € to nzd currently is 1:1,63.
i understand that paysafecard is taking it's share for anonymous money transactions but paying 13nzd more for a 20nzd package is a bit much for my taste. i understood psc is bad but just not that bad.

can you please consider offering 50$ and 100$ purchases again just for points so it's worth paying them by credit card on one transaction and being able to pay in nzd, my bank converting the money for less costs?

if you already got a real goods package in most cases it's not worth to get another one, all you want is points to spend on mt.

totally agree, $50 and $100 packs would be nice. doing 5 transactions for just points is a waste of time, and time is money.

Its not NZ Dollars as far as i know its actually US Dollars.

The paysafecard i know used to have a feature that was removed, using any number of already used ones.

oh, wow. just checked back my credit card bookings, you're right.
didn't come to my mind that an new zealand local company would handle their business in usd.
if i were a international business in germany it wouldn't come to my mind to have my customers pay in SimbabweDollar (ZWD) or similar countries with their own currency.

changes the calculation as much as the usd is 1:1,4 against the euro.

can you elaborate on this please?

edit: to avoid a shitstorm: in difference to the states, simbabwe surely is willing to print more money to pay it's debts.

on a related note:
if you insist on using a currency prone to defaulting, can you consider taking orders in euro instead?

in difference to the dollar we still don't have a exact date when your currency is worthless.

Hi there!

This calculator may help you work out exactly how much to put on your PaySafeCard in your local currency.

https://www.paysafecard.com/en-global/currency-calculator/

If anyone would like to purchase the $50.00, $100.00 or $250.00 points packs that were removed from the website, they are still available on direct request. The exchange rates for these are as follows:

$50 = 516p
$100 = 1065p
$250 = 2850p

if you're interested in one, please email support@grindinggear.com. We're happy to help!
No longer works at GGG
thanks for the info victoria.

regarding paysafecard:
i don't know if it's possible in germany to go to a fuelling station and get a 36.02 euro voucher which would equal a 50 usd payment to ggg (according to the calculator).
my guess is they only sell fixed 5,10, 20 euro voucher, will see.

nice that you still offer the other point packs on request.

you could combinate psc around a year ago (you cant anymore)
but now they transfer the remaining (if you had a 50€ psc and purchased a pack for 36€ (ca 50$)) back to your bank, but not sure if they tank a< fee for that

not working if you buy the voucher anonymously at a shop. but sure helpful if you use your bank account for it.

you just need the code/pin
enter it on the ps side and say which bank account they shoudl transfer it to, doesnt even have to be your bank acc(might be wrong!) you only have to be the owner of the psc

i just used google was easy to find (didint read it carefully though since i dont need it myself)
