SPORK (4 LINK) worth including in Lightning Arrow build?

I am deciding between:
4-link Projectile Weakness (spell totem)
VS
4-link Spork

If I had to pick one. what would it be?
I am running a conventional LA/frenzy build with Voltaxic Rift.
And, I already have enough intel since I'm using a level 20 Wrath.

And is SPORK considered a standalone 4 link package?

Meaning, I can still use SPORK effectively without any investment into spell damage, correct?

I Think for all ranged attackers, I would go for a skellie totem. (Spell totem - summon skeleton - faster casting - blind). It gives you a huge boost to survivability as well packing monsters in small area, so you can LA the crap out of them. Spork totem without spell damage/+lightning damage/+crit chance is not going to be very good, you shouldn't need the extra dps as a LA/frenzy Archer anyways.

I haven't tried a projectile weakness totem, but it seems it would be a waste of a totem, you can just cast it manually, it lasts for ages already by default.

edit: I presume you can deal with reflect, because you haven`t mentioned it in your OP.
