item rarity rolls on boots and gloves limited?

i never seen the high rolls of item rarity on boots or gloves like they have on the helms
can a GGG staff tell me or link me to where i can find out what are the max rolls on gloves and boots for the rarity prefix and suffix rolls? I've looked up on fan made sites and stuff they all say can roll the top tier ilvl70+ rolls but really never see one on the glove or the boots. Someone can help me?

And IIR roll cosists of 2 separate rolls (prefix and suffix).

But it's insanely hard to find boots/gloves with such rolls.

You are right, gloves and boots can't have more than 32% IIR

I am certain i saw a pair of es gloves with 39 IIR a long time ago belonging to @befist.

Perhaps GGG can confirm?
