" There's nothing to suggest AOE dmg would increased the burn on Righteous Fire. It's a single target Degenerating Burn on myself. Also if spell damage and fire damage don't affect it I can't see area damage being too much more likely. Even if it does, I have 20% increased area damage from my passives. That's additive with the increase from Inner Force, so: 119 * 1.41 = 168 burning dmg per second. That's still only a difference of 9 ES per second. I was losing like 60-80 ES per second. But yea I just remembered I was in a 50% slower regen + Maze grotto. That would explain that. |
