haha it is the number 1 tri resist armor based chest.. your armor has a whopping 10 more life, and 200 more armor, but all the resists are lower, especially the cold. The implicit 12% resist all makes it far superior from a resist perspective, move along angry boy :-)

9 Fire Resist
18 Cold Resist
4 Lightning Resist

212 more Armour and more life worth more to end game build then that lite resist that same as nice Armour belt and its still only 2 top tier and that's not mirror worthy at all if you had 3 top tier resist roll then your talking gl selling ..

Mirdoc a friend of mine if he has c/o you can remove that he wont be offering anything ..
