Stash problem

so i am in beta now and wanted to open my stash
i looked up to the numbers of my stash and saw only 2, 3, 4 and 5 but there was no 1 why ? can somebody help me ? |

That is very strange, maybe this should be in bug reports forum? Does it happen in both default and hardcore leagues?

i am in the legacy league because of the new patch
and after i created a new character , that character could use the 1,2,3,4 stash |

It is possible to "slide" them out of order too.
I know mine are 1,2,14,15,3... etc |

Post in bug reports about this if you haven't already. Doesn't seem like too big an issue, just that your tabs have been renamed.
