Could not find any compatible Direct3D devices.

Two days ago I could play with no problems, but yesterday I installed windows 7 again, and I downloaded the game again too, but i have this problem. Can someone tell me what to do, please?
I already tried to delete the file named Production_congif.ini and didn't worked.
Does your machine have multiple video cards (an on-board as well as a dedicated)?

If so, make sure PoE is using the right one.
I think I found it. When I looked, it appeared a vga graphic card, and didn't appeared the option to change it. How can I fix It? PS: Sorry for my english.

You didn't answer my first question. Does your PC have 2 graphic adapters on it? one built in, and a separate card you have added?

I haven't added anything, I just reinstalled windows 7. And since i have the notebook it has had the same graphic card. But my card is an ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4200 and in the resolution settings or Everest, it a appears a VGA standard. I don't really know if it has two adapters

If you're on a laptop, and it has a Radeon 4200, it almost certainly also has an integrated card. An Integrated card is one that comes built into the motherboard. These are usually Intel or some other type of on-board graphics. Then you can get the Dedicated card which is an expansion card.

In your case, it seems that you're not telling it to use the Radeon card properly. Check out this thread for more information.

Thank you so much for the help. I cpuld fix it, the dirver controller I had installed wasn't working, I installed another one and now it worked :)
Sounds to me like someone forgot to install a graphics driver.
