Found that Pic pretty funny and reminds me of POE...
and also that there are no shrines and Whealty monsters are just a Myth On release, when you kill a mob, itll have a chance to spawn a Tree/Totem When you first activate it. It does degen your life from 100% to 1 life in 10 seconds.Spawns invulnerable Kiwis that attack you Dealing 1 damage each.
