Blind, yes or no evasion to take advantage?

In my opinion, I run evasion + armor and it works out well. I don't get hit often but when I do it isn't for much because I have a nice mix of armor + evasion + enfeeble. I see it as having back ups to my back up. If evasion fails, maybe I'll block, if I don't block I'll take a hit and then I rely on the armor + enfeeble + pots to survive.
