Ghost Reaver Question

Question about the new passive that lets you leach energy shield instead of life. Does it work with +health on hit and +health on kill items? Do these recharge shield instead of life as well??

Life on hit, and life on kill to not apply to ghost reaver. they will heal any health that is missing while the energy shield is active. If you have CI and Ghost Reaver, these will do nothing.
