Cobbled him together for the well-dressed comp, not an actual build.

He comes from a middle-class background and he survives on the legacy built by his grandfather's merchant trade. Growing up on his family's merchant ships, he learned Savate from the mercenaries his grandfather retained to protect his goods, and he incorporated claw-like weapons he came across while trading in exotic lands. He has an eye for fine clothes and a thirst for fine wine, and through his family trade connections, he was able to bring some of the refinement he used to enjoy to his current exile in Wraeclast for killing a suitor competing against him for the hand of a woman he had taken a fancy to.

This has not escaped the eyes of those of ill repute, and he has taken on the persona of an assassin. His 'calling card' is the use of bagh nakha to rip his targets to shreds, like a bird of prey. Wraeclast is lawless for the most part, and he feels establishing a reputation of viciousness and lethality would serve to deter his value as a target for other ruffians...

All these wings on the back make my eyes bleed.
