Your sockets are r-g, g-r respectively. They should be same for the recipe to work.

Maybe it's because your "Goddess Bound" is actually the Tipua Kaikohuru, the original version before it got renamed to The Goddess Bound.

Check the quality, if both swords are at 20%, chrom either one of them.
