Why is Kaom's Heart so unique?
" Exactly this. Kaom is for noobs that can't play without retarded amounts of HP and Shavronne is for everyone else (best MF item, best DPS item, etc etc) Very bad design by GGG. Remove Righteous fire and Pain Attunement from game (only people with shavronne use it... that is balanced!) and be done with it. EDIT: As if noob Shavronne build wasnt OP enough, now you have an Empower support gem to add to righteous fire on a wand/dagger with +1 to gems and +2 to fire gems making Righteous fire a level 26... nice balance GGG. Kaoms is desing to buff 2h meles survivor since there is no shield and lack of defence tho is abused by ranged class when both using 2h items ranger cam still have quiver for 6 extra modes on it eq 100hp or so while 2h mace or axe user is left with only 6 wich imo aint ok tho either kaoms 2h 6l or 1h 4link

Khaoms and shavronnes r too OP, Khaoms is just plain stupid, and shavronnes chaos cant bypass ES should be in a keystone, this gear requirement reminds me of D3, where there nothing u can change on your character to achiev what u want, besides from gear.
