What is the new death harp bow build about?

Someone told me there is a new OP build for the death harp death bow called power-ranger what is it about?

no clue haven't heard of it but must consist of getting power charges with a name like that

I doubt its OP, ive tried to scale death's harp, and the additional arrow just isn't worth it lategame versus good base stats. It can be reasonable with 1000% crit multi, but the fact you need to spec into additional power charges means you end up spending way too many passive points to make it effective.

idk man if you get a 6l death harp and throw (power charge on crit/frenzy/increase crit chance/increase multiplier/life leech or mana leech/ and faster attacks ) maybe some thing like that (maybe change faster attacks or one of the crits with lesser multiple projectiles it might be worthy) ? i means you get 7 frenzy charges mix it with 5 power charges on a crit build you will be shooting super fast have 2 arrows starting off so faster frenzies it seems like it might work. but idk if it will be OP like lightning arrow or rain of arrows but you never know. (tho idk if this is the new op build with death harp)

Death harp has too low base damage and attack speed to be a unique build

it's a mid range bow

no amount of skill tree/power charges/frenzy charges can make death harp into an effective build ON PAR with ROA/lihgnting arrow

Just look at the bow

is 1 arrow going to be better given its dismal attack speed and dismal damage?
