is resolute technique worth something?
when i skilled most sword and 2handed "circles" which include physical damage, speed, and accuracy are there still mobs that will evade a lot? |

Resolute Fatigue means that the Marauder want to take a nap on specific hours of the day, pay attention to the angle of his eyes to see if he needs to sleep!

Resolute Technique = never miss (unless you desync).
it's a no-brainer if you rely on leech for example, and at times a good counter to reflect. it really depends on how much you need to crit with your specific build. if critting isn't a priority - Resolute Technique is definitely for you. Alva: I'm sweating like a hog in heat

you also dont need to care about accuracy/dex with RT. thats most important for my builds when i take this keystone.

RT is nuts. Pretty much mandatory if you're not explicitly speccing for crits.
