move/attack. Torchlight 2 figured it out.

So simple. in the keybinds menu, there is the option to add a modifier to all commands. There is also a "move" command, and a "move/attack" command. Setting "move" to left mouse button, and "move/attack" to shift+left mouse button = no more unintended shooting when you're trying to move, and vice versa.

"shift+leftclick" is currently "stand and attack". but perhaps there could be an option to change it to "move and attack"?

I'm in total agreement. We need a 'Move' skill as well as the current default 'Move/Attack' skill. Please put this in GGG.

Edit:
The 'Move' skill should not cause you to follow an enemy if you accidentally click on them. It should only cause you to move to the ground location beneath your cursor.
