Voice Overs: What things should be said to new-comers?

Most new comers to the game have alot of questiions.

I think this could be fixed with voice acting of their chosen characters suggesting they do certain things in the early part of the game.

One thing that i have read in another thread is that newbies dont think you are given enough scrolls at the start, and they dont know how to get more.
A voice over could say. "I should collect items i find to see what they may be traded for"
And then at a vendor the most basic recipies are voiced. "For 5 normal items i can give you a magic scroll"

Something else would be explaining the flasks system.

Im sure there are many other things that frustrates noobies and those of us that bother explaining it to them in the global. Please post any suggestions here.
