Noob ranger build

First of all i'm new to this game and the skill tree seems a bit overwhelming. So as playing as a ranger, i've tried to come up with a build on my own ( since the build's i've seen on this forum are above my current understanding of the classes mechanics and are aimed at the highest level of the game). I'm interested in some opinions about my build, and how it will hold in the later stages of the game ( increased dificulty and such) .... As u will see the build is based on Iron Reflexes + Leather and steel for survivability and Master Fletcher + Fury Bolts + Heartpierce + Iron Grip for Damage ..... I'm a bit usure about the Hp pool on higer dificulty/levels as I don't know the end game gear/ bosses/ gems etc etc ...

Also I plan to help Kaitryn on all stages of the game ( s i've read this could get me a +32 elemental res) , I plan to use Hatred + Lightning dmg aura ( dunno the name)+ autoattack , and fire arrows + multiple projectiles gem as aoe attack ..

NOOB ranger build

Take a look at this one, it's very similar to your build and I think it's a good base:
you don't need iron grip (too far) or heartpierce (60% * 5% .. it's about +2% crit chance, any inc ph dmg is better) Thick skin and golem's blood will give you some survivability. If you want high reses- get diamond skin from maruder's part, there are many interesting passives on the way (including iron grip)
