Critical strike on skill (Rain of arrows)

So, I have a question: Can skills like rain of arrows crit ?
I searched this forum and the wiki for a long time now, and I came to the conclusion that its not possible at all. Is this correct ?

I fuígured, since its not mentioned there, the spell can not crit at all.

Skills like rain of arrows are called 'attacks'. Unlike spells, they don't have their own base crit chance, instead, they use the base crit chance of the weapon.

Most bows have 5% crit chance, eg:


So the base crit chance for rain of arrows is usually 5%.

You can tell if a skill is an attack or a spell because it says 'attack' or 'spell' in its description. egs:
