Another "should I exalted this" thread

Found this the other day, and I was wondering if its exalt worthy? I can't see myself finding an upgrade for this wand cheaply, so it might be worth it.

However, there's a good chance I will get something I don't want, so my next question is this worth using an eternal on and multiple exalts?

I think it has already 6 affixes

Spell dmg
Spell dmg / mana
Mana

Crit chance for spells
Cast speed
Life on kill

oh I didn't know the mana/spell dmg was rolled into one

If the vendor give you one aug orb, then it has full stats.

Yeah I was super excited when I got it, I got it from the Merv boss in the unique map Maelstrom of Chaos. Glad I decided to run that map instead of selling it!
