Deal with the Bandits not dropping Alira's item on kill

I have Kraitlyn's Amulet but killing Alira does not cause her item to drop.

The quest reads:

"You have Killed Kraityn but Alira and Oak continue to Harass the Forest Encampment"

I'm in Merciless and have always killed the three bandits for the passive.

Did you finish her off with minions or infernal blow?

That caused quest items not to drop in the past patches.

I used my minions to kill her. I don't have any direct attacks hot keyed anymore.

I went ahead and did the Milagros Spike quest and the new quest (Great White Beast.I then killed Oak and got the drop from him. After that I went back killed Alira and she droppped the item.

Prior to me doing the other quest I had soloed her 3 times and did not get it.

Hi. I'm having the same problem with the released version of the game. Alira is not dropping a fragment. I think it's because I killed Alira first when he wasn't supposed to drop anything and then I went and talked to Oak and sided with him. I've tried going back and killing Alira to get the fragment two times but I still didn't get the fragment.

First of all, Alira is a witch in small camp, not big Blackguard guy with 2-Handed sword (who don't drop anything aside Thaumethic Emblem)

Second, please, do some research before do another thread with asking same question (which had been answered 10 times already) for 1000th time (and even necrobump old threads). Google, "search" on this forum, PoE-Wiki.
