I would have blessed/devined it before starting the eternal/regal process. Am I wrong?

Yeah because I might roll low rolls in the high band (ie 72 life from the 72-79 bracket). I guessed it would be better to assess it after crafting, Although I won't lie in that I threw 3 divines at it, it was originally 46% and then went > 42% >45% >45%. That last divine was a vendored 6link =D

For an idea on how frequently you might get these desired mods
2783 alt rolls IIR Prefix Magpies - 34 Pirates -30 Dragons - 34 Suffix Plunder - 18 Raiding - 22 Archaeology -24 Excavation -21 iiq Collecting - 18 Gathering - 17 Hoarding - 34 Ammassment - 28 On same amount of rolls, these were only dual rolls to appear. I didn't bother to take note of the low end stacks. PIRATES of ammassment. 18iiq/18iir , stacked on regal to 18iiq /33 iir 16 iir/16 iiq dragons of raiding, 31 iir GORLAK SMASH WORDS!!

LOL @ Eternal Regal. I am considering doing the Eternal Regal on but I guess its not worth doing.
I rolled IQ and IR on a Gold ring of mine and after regal.... look what happened. How much would this ring be worth now that it rolled cold damage? LOL Still has 3 shots I think? to roll item Rarity or 2? IGN: LessBow

" I'm not sure if that is the max band flat ES roll so I couldn't comment on that. The cold damage roll probably devalues the ring and as it isn't max band quantity I probably wouldn't exalt it, rather use it as is. I'm pretty sure there are much higher cold dmg rolls as well. Reminds me of regaling cold damage on my ilvl 100 coral with 50% rarity, that ring bombed, thank god for eternal orbs =D Return to this flameless sunder
