I have US IP so I can still use US sites that require it.
Woke up this morning... apparently VPN disconnected at 28% downloaded, and the downloader couldn't connect to the host server. Attempted to redownload again, this time removed ggpk and didn't use VPN. Nothing, still 0% download. Now trying to use VPN with removing ggpk, but this time it's not connecting to VPN. |

Using Private Tunnel connected through San Jose, and no problems so far. Excellent download rates (above 1MB). There must've been some problem with connecting to European Networks with OpenVPN.... annnnndddd there goes my connection... lame... now nothing...

Fixed it using SoftEther. 12 hours and I can finally play again... Hopefully...

It's done. I would recommend SoftEther for people not in the US. Thanks for all the help TripG.
