I spent 20 dollars. It then asks about an upgrade to Support. Will spending 20 more give it to me?

NEW Market Idea for GGG: IF Support Pack content is not removable to reduce the price of Support Packs to meet certain customer needs (like mine,) to fix this, make it so if anyone spends more than 30 Dollars through Coin Packs or not, they will at least get the Forum Title (or the Open Beta Support Pack itself) saying the customer is an Open Beta Supporter in contributing to the development of PoE.

This would do away with the feature line "Open Beta Supporter Forum Title" in all other Support Packs.

===========================================

I spent 20 Dollars for 200 coins when 20 Dollars could have gotten me the Supporter Pack plus the 200 coins (I think was the deal at the time.) I now want to spend another 20 Dollars (40 Dollars total) on 200 more coins.

If I do the above with 40 Dollars being the total spent, will it automatically give me the Beta Supporter Pack I want?

I think it should. I shouldn't have to spend 10 dollars for the upgrade when I should get the upgrade included automatically, along with my 200 coins, when the Shop recognizes I spent over 30 Dollars.

You go to your account (click on your name), click the UPGRADE button next to it, pay $10, get 50 more coins, a baby Rhoa pet, and forum title.
Anarchy/Onslaught T shirt
Domination/Nemesis T shirt
Tempest/War Bands T shirt
Send a mail to the support, they will explain how it works.

That's the problem. I spent 20 Dollars already, then it asks if I want to pay 10 Dollars more for the 30 Dollar Support Pack. However, I just want to spend 20 Dollars on 200 Coins, that way, I can get the Upgrade for a Support Pack automatically, plus the 200 Coins I want.

My question is if I spend 20 more Dollars (40 total,) will I get the Upgrade for the Support Pack?

And from how I interpret the 50 more Coins thing is only if you already HAVE the Support Pack does it give you the 50 exta Coins. That would make no sense because why would you buy the same Support Pack?

Just send an email to support and ask them. I had already bought like 6 sets of 200 coins. I emailed and support and asked them about upgrading to a supporter pack. They offered me $30 to upgrade to the divine pack. The $30 was for the cost of the physical items + shipping from NZ to US. They are super quick and really on top of their game.

I did send an E-mail to Support and they didn't seem to get my message, that or they did and not wanting to admit I have a point here . . .

Whether you're buying Coin Packs or not, if you spend 40 Dollars to get 400 Coins, it should automatically give the customer the Open Beta Support Pack since 40 Dollars is over the 30 Dollar amount to buy an Open Beta Support Pack.

So far, I spent 20 Dollars getting 200 Coins (two days before Support Packs came along,) and has been asking me to pay 10 Dollars to upgrade to a Open Beta Support Pack.

Why would I do that? If I spend 10 Dollars out of my 20 Dollars right now, I would only be able to buy 96 Coins after getting the Open Beta Support Pack.

A better deal would be if I've already invested 40 Dollars for 400 Coins, I get the Open Beta Support Pack too.

My question in this thread is does this happen?

You say you spent money on 6 sets of 200 Coins. When you spent that much, did it automatically give you the Support Pack(s)?

The OB support pack has only 200 coins, so you would have to spend 10 more dollars. These 10 dollars would not give you any coins. Upgrading to higher tier supporter packs by combining previous purchases can only happen if you get the same amount of coins and pay the same amount as if you bought the pack outright.
Hi there,
thanks for your patience - we've just replied to your email from 15 minutes ago. Just to clarify, if you purchased a $20 points pack we can manually grant you an Open Beta pack (this wouldn't happen automatically) but we'd have to subtract 100 unspent points to cover the $10 for the digital items, and you would have 100 points left. This is effectively the same as upgrading to an Open Beta pack and purchasing a $10 points pack, except with 4 points extra due to the better ratio in the $20 pack.
I hope this makes sense!

Like stated in my E-mail . . .

How about this . . . I go ahead and spend 20 Dollars for a 200 Coin Pack, give me the Open Beta Support Pack WITH the Forum Title only, and subtract everything else: the Extended Soundtrack, the Rhoa Pet and the 200 Coins (because I'm spending 20 Dollars on another 200 Coins anyway.) This means I've invested 40 Dollars total thus far to the development of PoE.

I don't care for the pet or soundtrack. I am not spending 10 whole Dollars on the Open Beta Support Pack when the only thing I care for is the Forum Title. Therefore, if any compensation points can be given to me for what's been subtracted from the Open Beta Support Pack, that would be appreciated.

At that moment, once I pay 20 Dollars for another 200 Coins (40 Dollars I've invested total) I will only be paying for the Open Beta Support Pack's Forum Title, and still be able to buy my 200 Coins at the same time.

The reason I want to do it like this is because if I spend 10 whole Dollars on a Support Pack I want only one thing out of, that leaves me with only 10 Dollars to spend for only 96 Coins.

Therefore, I want to spend 20 Dollars on 200 Coins, get the Open Beta Support Pack's Title only (along with any compensation points if possible,) that way, I can buy my 200 Coins, too.

Please get back to me.

The forum title is the main thing you are buying with your $10. They won't cheapen everyone else's purchase by giving it to you for free.
