Fastest possible attack speed in game?

not to bring back a dead thread... but now that barrage exists it might go back to quill rain being fastest, using LMP, GMP, faster attacks, etc... I was just doing some testing with a friend and just with those, he was hitting about 20-30 APS and thats without many if any IAS nodes... anyway, just wanted to share because of barrage skill being added recently.

Lowest I've ever seen my tool tip was .07 with 8 frenzy charges and I put on Voidhome to cheat lol. I run at .09 with 6 frenzy charges and my 2h sword @ 1.37 with 242-524 Physical Damage.
