yes. however, incinerators' bombs are the highest damage regular monster skills in the game (not counting full discharges) so in high level maps they still do some noticeable damage
especially if you encounter some with GMP

with that said, incinerators are quite manageable with 81% fire res+ AA. my spectres die like flies from them in higher level maps tho :/

little update to inform ppl how powerful and awesome this skill is

i never fight oak in hc leagues but this time i really wanted the 4% castspeed from alira for my fastcast icenova

this is no joke a lvl 11 arctic armor + enfeeble on cruel oak with close to no armor lets you facetank him without hp droping more then 5-10%

this started out as a wisdom scroll farmer ( dont laugh i sell 1k to 1,5 k scrolls a day :) )

but i have really fun even bought a carcassjack and a geofris crest yesterday goal is to run only uniques to get the most out of my perandus signets

more uniques > more int > more int > more mana > more manareg > sustaining higher artic armor

after all lvl 49 and 475 int is pretty high )
