Poor quality Stream no matter what using ingame client (everything OK using OBS).

Ok, I usually stream using OBS @720p 30FPS using the US East Miami Servers with no problems at all.
When I set the same config on the twitch client inside the game the best I get is 304P. Really weird, and really poor quality. The in game cliente says I'm connected @699kbps. Which is really weird cause with OBS I set it up for 1000kbps and have no problems at all. When I set the in game client to 480p I get the same results and low quality. At least the in game chat is working even if I'm not streaming, and that's the best feature for me cause I don't have a second monitor no see chat. Btw, the in game client now show me i'm connected @1223kbps. Anyway, it still only goes to 400P on twitch. I'll keep using OBS, but thanks for the in game chat support for the twitch channel. That made my day!

thats strange... I am able to do 700p with ingame stream system.

Same Problem here,
Im from AUS, says 699kbs but only streams at like 200+. Unwatchable for anyone. |

It will only stream at 496p for me when I have 720p selected. My internet connection is good enough to stream at a much higher bitrate, so I'm not sure what's going wrong.

same thing.. trying to stream at 720p... but the quality is terrible

yep same, quality will be great at first then will cut to something that looks horriblu pixelated, have to restart the stream to fix it
