What's best easy mode clear screen build that can be done on low budget?

I'm playing hardcore and I'm just about done with elemental cleave templar, but the stupid char has like no aoe. I want to make a char with huge aoe where I can just destroy the whole screen. I thought about going cold crit shadow, but the stupid freezing pulse doesn't go very far and unless i want to dish out like 4 exalts for a decent FP, it seems like my FP wont go very far period.

I also thought about totem spark, but that build is just stupidly passive and levels slowly.

Any ideas?

Biggest screen wipe skill would be Discharge. I'm guessing it's not the easiest build to achieve though.

Ice Spear would be easier to build. Just link Ice Spear + Faster Cast + LMP + LL/Cold Pen/Crit Damage or even Ele Proliferation for full screen freezes. With some good crit multiplier, you will be critting constantly for big damage, which wipes the screen pretty fast.

is an ice spear build similar to a freezing pulse build? do you have a link of the build?

so im guessing discharge is the best to clear screen, but the downside is that it cost a lot of gear?

Dual ice spear totems works very well. The other low budget screen clear build from witch start is summoner.

I have unfortunately no links right now, but icespear build is not very different from fp build except that you pick dual totem keystone.
