Monster Evasion Numbers

Does anyone know where the game gets the value for the monster evasion that is used in the hit chance formula? I'm setting up a spreadsheet and can't seem to find this anywhere.

Thanks in advance if you know.
It's nothing special, nothing specific. There's a "progression curve" somewhere that says at level X monsters should average Y evasion rating. You can pretty easily reverse engineer this curve by just tracking your evasion rating and %chance to hit from the character screen each time you level up.

Trouble is, even when you go through the process of calculating this "estimated" evasion rating, there will still be a huge variance in what monsters' evasion ratings actually are. For instance, the construct snakes in Temple probably have double the estimated evasion and accuracy ratings off the progression curve. Along the same lines, Vaal Fallen probably have half. In the same way that you have a much higher than advertised DR against the physical component of a Vaal Construct's spell, but probably half the displayed DR against a Vaal Fallen. All subject to context.

Any math you try and do on these figures is kind of pure speculation at this point. Although not really worthless, because if you model it well your sheet will still be useful later when you can get actual numbers ^^

I don't have alpha access, that was a LONG time ago.

I think it'd give us a really good benchmark if GGG would give us the full stats for Vaal Oversoul in each difficulty.

I can dream, can't I?
I'm just going to have to check my hit chance as mentioned. That's the only way I can think to do it at this point. Oh well.
This is close to character sheet by 0-1% for level 69, with 4950 evasion:

Chance To Hit % (level 69)

=<acc_rating> / (<acc_rating> + pow(4950 / 4, 0.8))
