Passive skill tree planner in web doesnt work with IE8 nor 10

Hey,
I cant get the passive tree designer work in web with Internet explorer 8 nor 10 64bit version. I cant use Firefox nor Chrome for a reason so im kinda out of luck. Is this a known bug? Best, Cudez Who Are We? Where do we come from? Last edited by Cudez#7540 on Jul 10, 2013, 9:07:54 AM

Well I downloaded Chrome (doesnt work properly for me in general for reason unknown) and when I choose a passive point in chrome web planner the page refreshes after every time I choose a passive.
