If you are going to use it yourself then it might be worth exalting. If you are going to sell it, I think it's better to sell as it is and let the buyer take the risk of exalting.

@Inexium: Nice though! I like the global armor% and all resist, it rounds it out nice for a melee.
@skillz & Trantis: Im using it right now, but quickly glancing at the available prefixes I dont think theres much potential. Resists are also suffixes unfortunately...Id like ES, mana, or lightning dmg% but Im not sure how/if those work on amulets. So yea, agreed, not gonna exalt.
