One Hand Mace LS Shield Block - MAX DMG Templar Build [0.11.1]

Hi,
As im bored of my LS build and started new toon, here is some tips for someone that wants to make really HIGH dmg mace LS build with shield block. Aim of this build was to run through mobs with smile on face :D As any1 can have some ideas how to modify feel free to do so for your own preferences. What is needed for this build to work:

LS with 15+%
5l armor PURE ARMOR! High Phisical dmg MACE best if it was sceptre with lightning dmg ! A speed gear as we are not taking many a speed nodes. Mana gear! Decent shield with elemental resistances and + block chance Auras:

Determination Haste Purity Wrath tempest shield Gems:

Reduced mana x2 blood magic 5L: LS Multi Strike Faster atacks/elemental dmg/ Life leach/elemental dmg/ LMP 6L - Iron Grip Mana/HP problems can be solved using: or rings. I prefer using WED with LL. Tactics:

1.Run between mobs 2.LS spam 3.Smile :D Now serious: Its important to have mana to spam LS at least 2 times with auras on. I have no problem as my rings give me +mana/mana regen/mana leach each. Auras On Life: Wrath/tempest On Mana: Haste/Purity Its also viable just to run: Wrath + Haste. Warlords mark on mobs/ you can use also endurance charges to back up %armor nodes. Gear:

Either use: If you have enough res in other parts of gear or If you need more resistances Its good to have Movement Boots! ARMOR gear have mostly -%movement. 5L armor is not a must but with less links you have to give up on either FA/WED or LL and this last one is worst case(like for me). +Life gear, coz its always good to have more hp incase of some crit also +100% hp is not much. Dex would be also good bonus as we did take only 1 dex node. For weapon best would be Scaptre with HIGH Phisical dmg and % lightning dmg (a speed would be good if not INSANE prices for such weapon). Well build is suited for maces. But if u want to use daggers its better to use shadow start area

Hey I like this build it is awesome, and I am working toward it. I am about lvl 42 now following this guide. Could you elaborate a little more on the gems and how they link up? Im pretty much a total noob lol. I have looked up the acronyms LS and what not, but I am a bit confused on how it all links.

What are the keystones for your build??

I used lightning strike for a long time, but at lvl85 i rerolled to cyclone cause my 20k dps cyclone seems to do more dmg than my 30k lightning strike. especially in groups. So...dont trust the tooltip dps! xD
