Anarchy is the same as Default, but better. Anarchy has the same rules as Default except it also has random exiles that show up which you can kill and they drop a ton of loot.

So my friend decided to restart a char in Anarchy, I'm so grateful she would stop her level 34 char and rejoin me from beginning |
