Kamikaze, disable auras on your minions?

Hey there
Basically i wanted to try out a summoner, specifically a kamikaze summoner where you want as much infernal instability damage on your minions, and therefore want them to die as easily as possible. So i was wondering if it was possible to disable aura effects on ur minions?
Also it seems that if you're gonna focus on Infernal instability, there is absolutely no reason to go necromantis aegis, since none of the unique shields out there increases its damage or makes your zombies weaker?
It could be awesome with a shield that increases 100% dmg taken or some shit, and increase movespeed by 50% ;)
You need your minions to survive 1-shots in order for the explosion to occur, otherwise they just get killed. Technically your minions are casting a spell to make themselves explode which they will only cast when at low life, they're not just bombs.

As for necro aegis, first off you don't use it if you want to maximise your instability burn damage, in which case you'd want to be using searing touch. Plus if all your minions are constantly dying it's not like having no shield is gonna be a good thing for you, lol. Anyway if you wanted your stuff to die really fast, why use NA in the first place?

i am thinking exactly the same, i am not sure the other guy knows what hes saying tbh...
according to wiki (http://pathofexile.gamepedia.com/Minion_Instability) the burn damage is affected by increased burning damage if it linked with the raise zombie, but no other burn damages applies.

I actually didnt know that the minions were casting the explode themselves, thought it was automatic

May you elaborate why you think searing touch would be a good idea when going MI? In my opinion ST will do nothing because the bonuses YOU get will not affect your minions.

Infact the only thing that could itemwise affect minion damage would be necro aegis.
What can never be lent or earned?
Somewhat, that devours everyone and everything:
A tree that rush. A bird that sings. It eat bones and smite the hardest stones.
Masticate every sword. Shatters every shrine. It defeat mighty kings and carry mountains on lightly wings.
What am i?

minion instability was updated a few patches ago. Added fire and added burning damage now affects it from the passive tree. I dunno about items though.

Source? This would go against the way minions usually work.

I actually linked the source in my thread a little higher :) but yeah support gems increases the damage, but passive skills doesn't.

The MI explosion is proportional to their life, so you would want as much minion life as possible. Which in turn means they cant die quickly and auras effect becomes more or less irrelevant.

You cant have minions that die very fast and do a lot of damage with MI at the same time.

Minion damage actually also increases the infernal instability damage, so it is possible to use the minon damage gem instead of the minion life gem.
