I guess its the guy who suggested the Surprise microtransaction : You pay for an unknown microtransaction : you will get any random MT but will have some chances to get expensive MT.. an RNG microtransaction. Yeah i guess it's him. Congtratz. I already hate the guy who won!

A lottery? You probably know which microtransaction you want if you're in the store. How much would you pay to have a 1% chance of winning your 15-20 dollar item?
I think I'd spend the 20 bucks and be done with it. I suppose if you wanted a 100 dollar pet, you might try a few times.
