No Skillpoint book from quest

Hi

I just did "The Dweller of the Deep" in act 1 but when i turned in the quest everything lagged out and i never got the skillpoint book. The cause is probably loss of connection because my latency looks like this whenever i play http://imgur.com/KvWf6n0. (fluctuate between 50 ping and 2000)

Character : Jelloozethepirate
League : Onslaught

Hopefully you guys can figure out the problem so it dosnt happen for any higher leveled character.

Just so you know, if you miss getting a reward, you can talk to the person who gives the reward for that specific quest at any time. There is probably an option when you click him for "Dweller of the Deep Reward" or "_______ Reward", something along those lines.

Thats the thing, there is no such option for me on this character. If i click U, i can see that the quest is completed but i have not gotten the skillpoint book from it.

I got a similar Bug, when i did the Fairgraves quests on merciless and cruel i got the skillbook. on normal i didnt get the skillbook reward. i dont have an option to talk to him about the quest aswell.
Reason could be that i just insta-townported after i gave the questitems to fairgraves, it was a bit laggy, then i went to act 1 normal and i did not got the skillbook reward.
you can check out my quest-logbook and my avaiable skillpoints (killed all bandits on all difficultys) you will see, i miss a point

Type /passives.

If you're missing any, go to the person who gives you the book and select the reward.
