Interaction of infernal blow and dominating blow

both IB and DB give a debuff on hit which act when monster dies, what would happen if a monster affected by both debuff?

I would assume testing was done by increasing the duration (through passives and items) to a more manageable time limit, then quickly switching between the skills first in one ordeer, then the other, to make sure that there isn't one skill which overrides the other.
