Example: how to plan event properly(a script can do it)

This is the currenty structure of a Season:
6 weeks 6 slot meaning there are 252 slots possible.

This is an example how to create a fair distribution:

First start with signature races set an example with 3 sig events per week.

Each slot will be covered 3 times.

1 Signature event is on the weekend-->each slot covered once. 18 Signatureraces total.
The remaining 2 shift.
Example(sorted after slots)
1st slot signature mon, 3rd slot sig wed, 5th slot sig sat
2nd slot sig tue, 4th slot sig thurs, 6th slot sun
etc.

You simply shift down oneslot and move up one day. So in code. You write a 2 dimensional array which represent a 6x7 matrix.
This way you hace 18 signature events and every time zone the same abount of events.

You can use the same system for every kind of mode.

Now for the one weekers. There are 6 weeks so 3 weekers and 3 8h would be a good options.
monday/tue, wed/thu and sat/sun in the slots 1 3 5 or 2 4 6.

1 week normal
1 week hard(like Turbo)
1 week community mods would be a fair decision.
8h normal
8h turbo
8h community decision

The next seed would be a an amount of events which get voted by the community(duration 1-8h and additional mods)

After that you can set up 3 1h solo/party 1h (random mods) solo party. Random mods mean the mode gets generated randomly and is unannounced, all possible combinations have the same chance.

With this system you are filling the 6 weeks equally and the community can decide about some events.

Now considering participation.
Since some racers will complain there are too many races you set up a competition limit meaning the max amount of races somebody can participate is 50%= 151 races.

Since you agree with botterboard users that you give out to many demigods here is a suggestion which would favor uncommon racers.
If the players uses an unique build he receives a demigod.
If there are players which use the same build within the Top 10 of class he doesn't receive a demigod.(Skilltreepaths reduced to the level of the next player and gemchoices)

This has the following consequences: Players using mainstream builds won't get a demigod because the possiblity that somebody uses the same build is almost 100%.
Players have some motivation to do respec quests, to modify the skill tree at the end of the race to look different.
My prediction would be that only 30% of the events would yield a demigod.
