Dissect my wand: prefix/suffix... Godlike potential?!

The Wand:



I'm not great at the prefix/suffix thing but i see:

Prefix: Wizard's -> Spelldamage + Mana

Suffix: of Prestidigitation -> Faster cast
Suffix: of the Philosopher -> 27 int
Suffix: of Ruin -> critical strike damage

If i'm right it seems that we have insane mods to start with and 2 'empty' slots that can be exalted.

Sanity check please.
