Question about infernal mantle

Low Mana is < 35% of maximum, just as for life. I believe the intent is that if you have 0 max mana, you don't count as being on low or full mana, despite mathematically 0/0 being full.

I've now checked the code, and if you have no mana, you cannot be on low mana. The same will be true of full mana if and when that becomes a thing.
