Some of these threads remind me of the D3 forums. In that hardcore apologists blindly defend flaws by "I don't find it annoying.." statements and then we have the polar opposites that condemn the game for not being like D3 (and at the same time lament D3 for being D3). Its a freaking beta, you are not the only sharpest knife in the kitchen so please stop thinking you are the only one that can see flaws that others can't (AKA read some of the posts before making redundant ones).

Everything else is balance changes, which aren't nearly as worrying because they can be fixed by just tweaking numbers here and there. |

I agree with most points. Some of them have been addressed (well, 1 actually) some are balance issues/intentions some are true but to some extent. Only flicker mob I find annoying is Krytin, and he has yet to kill me once in merciless, and I killed him as lvl 55 for the first time as a Duelist. Yes, he is annoying and his flicker is a bit OP if you are the one constantly soaking it's dmg. IF you are dying to it, stack less MF and more HP/armor. What can I say....I had a lvl 72 Duelist friend complaining about Krytin (or whatever that bridge boss name is) killing him so he "had" to side with him. Difference between his setup/build vs mine was: he had 120/140 MF and 1900HP at lvl 72, I had 40/50 MF and 2350HP at lvl 55.

Death on Load Screen is a huge problem for me. It literally makes part of the games unplayable, as I sometimes have load screens longer than the 8 second invulnerability. I suggested before, changing this to invisibility + invulnerability with an indefinite timer that expires when the player takes an action.
This would solve any issues with players being unable to react to anything and dieting before the load screen goes away, without causing any unbalance to the game. Also, flicker strike is annoying, I agree. It negates the viability of mobility as a defense, which was the entire idea of my first character. I wanted to play a glass cannon who didn't die because of player skill, physically avoiding attacks. You cannot avoid flicker strike. This is only really annoying when it's on mobs in mandatory zones (Weaver's Lair). It would be nice if the mobs were changed to only use flicker strike when they're closer to you, rather than at the edge of / off of the screen. This would make mobility a viable defense again, and make Weaver's infinitely more challenging and fun (note, the difference between challenge and difficulty). Devolving Wilds
