Why the hell do I keep dying?

My character dies all the time. Dies when it's not anywhere near the fight, as I've been summoner/fire witch raining down firestorm. I also can't pick up items when I've partied up- everybody else gets to them first. Am sadly using skeles because I've never seen a zombie gem. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Well, to avoid the deaths, u can type "/oos" on your chat, it will sync your charcater with the POE's server.

About picking up itens, you should click and hold the item when it's not allocated to nobody, the first who does this, will pick up the item.

Well, what resistences and armour you have?

My armor is linked in my first post. Reistances: 70% fire, 40% cold, 22% lightning, -4% chaos. 27% physical damage, Life is 968 and ES is 326.

What map/act/difficult are you in?

Last quest in Act 3, Cruel. Weird thing is I die when it seems I'm not anywhere near anything, nor being hit/zapped, etc. Almost like I take the damage my minions take or something.

Did you try to type "/oos" (ENTER) when it happens? I'm pretty sure it's desync
