In my control panel I have a lot of options I can tweak.
Can anyone comment on the following:
1.) Ambient Occlusion. (I can't see a difference in game)
2.) Anti-aliasing FXAA (When this is on, the text gets all pixelated)
3.) Maximum pre-rendered frames. (Should I set this 1-4 or keep at application controlled?)
4.) Triple Buffering. (I use vsync, so not sure if its a + or - for PoE)
5.) Image quality. (Recommended is high. Will very high kill my performance?)
My system:
NVIDIA GTX 650 (2GB VRAM)
6GB Ram
2.84ghz quad core i7 Intel Processor
Win 7 64-bit
On the highest settings (With AA off) I usually get 50-60 FPS with vsync on. Maybe a slight dip when there is a lot of action.
Any other comments on NVIDIA card tweaks would be appreciated!

1. You need a compatibility bit for it to work, but with the way the game is currently rendered, I don't think it's needed tbh.
2. Check out my SLI thread if you want info on how to enable driver-level AA. In either case, FXAA is pretty garbage.
3-5. No reason to adjust any of these, really.

If you are using Vsync and you have graphic card with enough memory on it leave triple buffering on.
