How are these bears called and where to find em?

I want to have a spectre life degeneration bear for the fight with Vaal. I heard it helps.
Which bears are those? I don't remember :(. And where to find em?

but what are they? a skill? i can find information about it on the web... only saw a video from Kripps that said that it would be usefull to use them on bosses after cruel...

you use Raise Spectre - and raise those bears.

they spread a degenration chaosdmg/sec aura which helps your overall dps

The chaos degen bears are in Waterfall 1. Go there and kill one and use Raise Spectre on it. Raise Spectre is a quest reward gem for witches. You can get it from Intruders in Black (A2 norm) and Lost in Love (A3 norm) and maybe others as well.

GMP + Faster Casting with fire/poison thrower monsters (sewer dudes that throw poison orbs and also those fireball ribbons you find in that one creepy b*^%&'s place) are way better than bears IMO.
