Low Level Mana Problems

i'm only using an "added cold damage" support gem - my one and only support gem i own!

Mana leech isn't very effective at low levels. As your damage gets better in the later levels it will most likely be all you need. Just keep a few mana flasks as you level and you'll be alright.

Another option is to use default attack some white mobs - increases flask without using mana and you generate man while attacking..
Mana on kill items may be more effective than mana leech at lower levels - not tested so not sure, just an idea. Otherwise using flasks can help a lot - make sure to transmute/augment your flasks to magic ones. You can get some good mods on them that may help you RipEleHit

for a more specific tip, I don't know what boots you wear, but you could pick up a pair of wanderlust wool shoes with 30-40% mana regen pretty cheap in chat.
