Unique flasks.... finally.

Unique flasks have been coming since closed beta. Nothing new. They also have artwork for like 10 unique flasks in the content file.

As well as that minara's vial in screenshot, there was also another one back around patch 0.9.2 was when it was taken out iirc, named 'merveils tears' , actually made character invulnerable to death while in effect.
