You're getting no scroll drops because you're farming/playing in zones that are far lower level than you.
sry ive seen godly and godlys dont lose hp wich wuold pretty much be a smiter with life tap

" No I actually stick with zones that are typically my level or 1-2 levels higher when I am leveling. Until I hit Act 3, then I grind a bit for Cruel and then stick withing level range. I just don't get any drops lately. I used to get quite a bit. |
