Please give us a moveable chat window

For the love of .. Dominus! Please give us a chat window we can move! And adjust the font size on.

I would like to be able to move it to the bottom middle of the screen in-between the life/mana orbs and extend it upwards as needed.

Reason for this is, I like to keep trade open looking to snipe out deals or people looking to buy things. So with the chat window open it takes up most of the left side of the screen.
